Description: This group is an opportunity for staff who identify as people of color to have a safe and
confidential space to reflect and share experiences about COVID-19 pandemic, social justice,
advocacy work, socioeconomic disparities, institutional racism, and inequity of services
experienced by our families and communities. This group will provide healthy coping strategies for
processing and thriving during this stressful and challenging time. While also creating a
collective healing environment that includes developing strategies to manage fear, worry, panic,
